Very nice reasonably priced hotel well located Kaohsiung. Room was very clean and spacious. Many restaurants are on the premises. They’re little tea room on the lobby floor is excellent.

The hotel wasn't terrible. There is a huge language barrier as not a lot of their staff speak english which caused huge problems booking, with the restaurants in the hotel and a general understanding however i will say thst the staff that did speak english were amazing. I just found it strange they would use front of house staff that didnt understand english for crucial roles. The buffet wasnt worth the money at breakfast unfortunately however the 45 floor japanese bbq was great and worth the money for sure.

Stunning views of Kaohsiung

Stayed here for three nights, hotel was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. Room was very comfortable with stunning views of Kaohsiung on the 38th floor. The bathroom had lovely big bath. The only issue which took away from the room was the noise of lifts as our room was next to them, in the bathroom it sounded like a plane flying high above.

Beautiful property, superb service, everyone more than helpful and very gracious. The rooms are quite lovely with great views and wonderful beds and bedding. This was a golden experience. I came with our family and 91-year-old mother and they were thrilled. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They would go out of their way to help you even when you didn’t ask. The accommodations were very close to our Ritz Carlton type stay in the rooms. The grand lobby is bright and beautiful, and the open lounge with coffee& alcohol bar with light dining in the French. European style is really inviting. We didn’t know there was a high-end mall located in the building between floors 2 to 8. In the basement levels there’s an amazing food court with authentic oriental cuisines for less formal dining. The views from our room on the 35th floor with breath taking with the harbor and ocean visible. We liked it so much, we’d go back just to stay there. The location is excellent, and you can walk from the hotel into the nearby community and experience the city and its culture. We loved it.

They have an entire floor. We’re all 18 rooms are themed uniquely in some aspect of the hello Kitty world. They gave us a private tour :-) they are amazing and if I had kids, I would definitely stay there.
