The bathroom was very clean! People were friendly but wished for better customer service.
I don't think you should have to pay for parking when you book a night at a hotel.

Very nice Hotel. Great employees.
I felt very comfortable because of excellent customer service. The hotel room is nicely clean and nice reception area. I really enjoyed my stay. I also like the fee breakfast.
Very comfortable, spacious room; staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is close to light rail, so in our East facing room, we did hear a bit of train noise, but not bad. Would definitely stay here again.
This is a nice hotel in a great downtown location. The staff was very helpful and my room was well above my expectations.
Had a late checkin and the person at the front desk immediately said to leave the luggage carts outside our door and she would have them brought down. 10 day trip and that’s the first hotel to tell us that! Happy to hear after. Long day on the road.
The parking lot is really small, after we finally find a parking spot, we don’t want to move our car. So we asked the front desk for a toothpaste, but they out of stock. We have to drive to Walgreens to get one, after we came back, the parking spot is gone. We parked at the lower level, and asked them for help to get out the parking lot for free tomorrow morning.
Our room was comfortable and the beds were so enjoyable to slip into at the end of a long day of driving. Traveling with a service dog, we always look for decent hotels. Most often, the hotels that accept animals end up smelling horrible but your hotel was clean and didn’t even smell like a pet room. A total class act and we highly recommend your hotel for anyone traveling with a service animal or family pet.
Convenient stay in downtown Salt Lake City. Close to the airport and temple square. Great restaurants and stores in City Creek Center that only 6 mins away from the hotel is a plus. Breakfast is simple and grab to go, don’t expect too much but definitely something. Overall is a wonderful stay.
Very nice place. Close to shopping
