Es un oasis en la calle principal de Panajachel, al ingresar todo es calma y tranquilidad. El spa luego de un día de recorrer el hermoso lago es un premio.

Conveniently located in the heart of Panajachel, this hotel allows one walking distance access to great meals at affordable prices. One can also easily access the public ferries. The hotel itself is set off the main street and you escape the noise and smells of the main drag once inside the property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy. The sauna, thermal baths and cold waterfall were included in the price and the perfect way to unwind after a long hot day. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and allowed us to store our luggage when our check-out times did not match with tours we had arranged and filtered water was available to drink free of charge. Finally, a shuttle service is located right at the end of the driveway and ended up being an affordable and comfortable way to travel back to Antigua.

Nice location. Extremely nice staff. The problem with this place is that there is no WiFi access in your room. In this day and time, this is unacceptable , especially for business travelers. The beds are comfortable.....and that’s often hard to find in hotels in this area. unfortunately, as much as I like the property, I cannot return unless they get WIFI.......PRETTY MUCH A BASIC NEED .

Nice, clean and quiet. These are some of the aspects i look for when i travel very nice people also. I definitely recommend it.

Great location, accomodating staff. Internet access is limited to common areas and not in the rooms. This makes it unattractive for business travelers. Beds were comfortable and that is not common in Panajachel hotels.

Quiet spot off busy street. Very attentive staff. Beautiful grounds

I always enjoy the Regis park like grounds and feeling that you are out in the countryside when you are right off the main street. The very loud music from a main street bar was not welcome on Saturday all day into the night. The front desk reception spoke no English at all and was less than helpful at check in repeatedly telling us the room would be ready at a certain time then saying another 40 minutes.
