The ladies at the front desk were awesome. The room not so much. When we got to the room it smelled like cigarette smoke, in a non-smoking room. Tub/shower was not clean. There was soap scum and the corners were black, the toilet seat was loose. The heater cover was missing and there was all sorts of dirt inside. We tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room, but that did not work. One bed was missing the blanket it only had sheets.
My stay here was not good at all. The furniture was damaged and there was sections of the room which had not been cleaned. Further, the was mold on the HVAC system and in the shower. No, NOT good at all!
Check in was quick. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable.
The room itself was nice, but not clean at all. The bathroom was rather disgusting. The room smelled great when we walked in, and looked good however one of the beds did not have a comforter on it

It was a cold rainy night and miserable. When we got to our room it was freezing cold! Asked to change rooms and they were man at the front desk said they were full and would look into the temperature in room. He came back and said he adjusted the temperature. The room was warm when we finally were able to enter it. Tired we went to sleep. The next morning the room was cold again and we could not adjust the temperature past 69 degrees. When I called the front desk they offered to give us another room which was odd since the man last nite said they were fully occupied. Who feels like changing rooms to take a shower?? The room was nice but not comfortable when freezing cold! Asked if anything could be done to adjust pricing and were told to contact Expedia! Horrible!
Toilet seat was broken and it took 2 days to get it fixed. Room was not clean, not enough towels, no housekeeping service and trash overflowed. Upon arrival my PAID reservation was not listed and had to wait over 45 minutes for another room to be available. DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY OR RECOMMEND to others. Horrible experience.
Great room and comfortable beds. Only bad part is when we got in, there were no large towels. There were none available at front desk (second Wyndham hotel this week with no towels available after hours). Front desk was nice enough to find us some bath mats to use. Same with second night. No towels available again. Had to share one towel between 4 people.
This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com. I went to my room and found the bathroom filthy...the toilet still had urine in it. It was not flushed. The sink was dirty with soap residue and hair. I asked for another room. It was in the same condition. The third room was better. The toilet looked clean. They told me it was a non smoking hotel and I had to initial that I wooo up I’d be charged $25 if I smoked. I am not a smoker so no problem. But the hallways smelled like cigarette and pot smoke. Some one pulled the fire alarm about midnight. False alarm. I got about 5 hours of bad sleep. I had already paid for 2 nights but left the next morning. When I told the front desk person why I was checking out early, she said she was sorry for my “traumatic experience” ...mocking me. I did not expect I would get my money back but I thought at least a genuine apology or explanation.
The first time we stayed at this hotel was in 2019 & we loved it from the location, price, cleanliness, to the great customer service and free breakfast. My husband, stepson, and I just stayed over this past weekend. This experience was upsetting. We arrived late around 1:30am. As soon as we walked into our room, we smelled nothing but cigarette smoke. We let the front desk know so we wouldn't be charged for smoking. We were not offered to be switched to another room. The next day my son found cigarette burns in the cover he was using and I found mold in the shower. Also all of our towels weren't clean. We let someone know as we were walking out for the day. I also showed her the pictures of the cover with burns and mold in the shower on my phone. She said they would have covers and towels ready for us for when we come back in. She didn't say anything about the mold. Those weren't ready when we came back but the man working in the front desk that night went and found some sheets & towels. His customer service the whole trip was good. The state of the hotel was disappointing. when we knew we were coming to Lancaster, this was the first hotel we thought to come to because of our first stay there last year! I know with COVID house keeping is limited but the rooms should be kept up way better than they were. I truly wish I could've given a better review this time. Notes were never made about the room so they denied my refund. Sad to say I don't think I'll be staying here again.
