Dated hotel & shuttle bus confusion
Stayed here because of its close proximity to the Disney parks and the free shuttle bus service. Paid a little extra for the superior queen room so my expectations were high. The hotel is very dated - particularly the bathrooms. Per Japan standards the room wasn’t overly large despite paying the extra but the bed was comfy and we weren’t going to be spending much time in the room anyway. We booked ourselves onto the shuttle buses for Disney on check-in but the receptionist was unsure of the process and when we turned up for the bus early the next morning (at a different best western around the corner) we weren’t booked on, thankfully the bus driver was helpful and we were allowed to travel. However to come back you have to travel from Disney via train to a local station (400 yen for two) and despite being fairly painless is not at all mentioned when booking the room. When trying to book the shuttle for the following day we were told to book online, but for the life of us couldn’t see anywhere that this was possible (maybe because of using the English language site) in the end we had to fire off an email to confirm our places, all a bit of a faff really when we were sure it all could have been sorted on check-in. In summary, it’s fine if like us you don’t see yourself spending a lot of time in there. P.s. the rooms are lit up like Christmas trees at night, green leds on the light switches next to the bed and air con - plus lights on the TV and clock that drove us mental.

Location and breakfast are good.
Location is nice, very cloth to the station and there are many restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast is good, you can enjoy both Western style and Japanese one.
