pre Christmas getaway to beautiful Jackson Hole
Nice little, well maintained motel in the midst of historic downtown Jackson. Appeared newly renovated, or at least new paint and carpet. Immaculate. Quiet. Helpful staff who offered to get us coffee and tea when we registered. Will definitely visit again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The king size room was spacious and clean. Looked like it was recently renovated. I assume all rooms look like this one but do not know that for sure. We were in room 256 and would stay again. Parking is limited with extra parking in the middle of the property. Wasn’t an issue with our October visit but could see an issue in busy summer months, possibly. Great location, walk to everything downtown!

Great location for downtown. Very close to all shops and restaurants. Staff was extremely nice and very very helpful. They pointed us in all the right directions. While the rooms are a little older they are large with plenty of room. I will stay here again.

Nice and comfy bed, first day the shower tub drain was clogged, didnt clean the room daily, no breakfast only coffee and juices, front desk staff was not always wearing a mask, no electrical outlets near or close to the side tables by the bed Cant charge devices close to bed.

Convenient to downtown Jackson Hole and clean. Didn’t have microwave or refrigerator but overall was great modest motel.

Will we return? Nope...
Parking is a real issue here, front desk service dude not very personable - not very anything really. No bfast options - when touting hot bfast included, that’s a cheap attitude when spending almost 200 for a night. Will we return? Nope. The only way you as a consumer can create a positive reactions from sellers providers is don’t buy their services. Then they are sure to improve.
