Amazing food, location and accommodation
I was after comfort, great food, relaxation and rest and Qunci Vilas delivered in spades! The level of friendly and professional service is exceptional, whether it is cleaners, reception or restaurant, everyone makes you feel special, listened to and they help you with a smile. The resort is of a very high quality with a nice Indonesian feel, not another high-rise with rooms adjoining. The rooms are spacious. I had the pool villa which was private with shade and sun. I really appreciated the sun beds inside, on the verandah and pool sun loungers. The common pool area by the sea is spectacular. The restaurant has an international cuisine and whether you are ordering fresh fish, pizza or sushi, it is superb. The wait staff are so friendly. The spa treatments are superb and reasonably priced. Definitely a place to go back to without needing to consider what else is on offer. Airport to hotel is around 1hr, so book a transfer with the hotel.

A Great Find
I had a lovely stay. Unfortunately, it was for business and I didn't have much time to take full advantage of the amenities or even the location. That said, I had daily interactions with the staff and they were lovely and the service superb. The food was excellent, particularly the BBQ that they prepared for our group. As a pescatarian, I ate very well in for the 5 days I was there. The staff even prepared a take-away breakfast for us on our final day as we had to leave the hotel at 5.30am. For me personally, the only thing missing was a gym/fitness centre on-site. I am already planning on returning, alone, when I can enjoy all the Qunci Villas and Lombok have to offer.

This place absolutely blew my husband and I away! The rooms and pool areas were amazing and the restaurants were some of the nicest places we have ever eaten at. The only downsides were that the WiFi was a bit slow in the rooms and the wasnt much to do in the area (ie shopping, cafes) only other hotels with restaurants and activities such as snorkelling etc but that is quite the same throughout the island of Lombok. All in all it was a very luxurious stay that we would absolutely recommend to anyone!

This was our second time in Lombok and we were very pleased to stayed at Quinci Villas. The staff is super friendly and they went above and beyond to full filled our needs. Their breakfast is so delicious and our room was beachfront with an spectacular view. I got sick one night and the hotel immediately called a doctor who came to see me in my room. The staff was so sweet that they prepared me chicken soup and ginger tea right away. I felt like I was at home. I want to say thank you to all the Quincy staff especially to Amadi. Andi and Nova❤️. Can’t wait to return back.
