While the people were nice during greeting. We informed hotel 3 x about what being stuck on full blast despite the temp setting at low 31degrees Celsius was the temp reading in the room. We returned from Dinner and it was still sooooo hot ! We only stayed in there 4 hours and had to leave. We had to keep our door propped open to get air from the hall (unsafe ) so we left and sat at the airport exhausted. They didn’t note our file with how many attempts to cool it down so Marriott wouldn’t refund

Number one. At check in we were given only one room key. The staff did not mention without your room key the elevator will not work. Please, I am exhausted, traveling for 15 days. I don't need this aggravation to start with. Second, I was insulted that in our room a bowel of uncovered mix nuts were waiting as a refreshment. Not wrapped, exposed to who knows what. No idea how long it was in the room or what hands were touching them. And next, Dixie cups for the in room coffee maker. No ceramic mugs? We had glassware in the bathroom and by the uneaten nuts. A bowel with 3 pieces of whole fruit were in the room. If I wanted the fruit, I did not, at least they could be washed. Finely, the staff told us no problem with taxi ride to airport and only need a 5 minute notice. Well that 5 minutes turned into 20. We made it to the airport as the flight was boarding. I was traveling for 15 days is Asia and the Marriott was a disappointment We wont forget.
