Expectations met
First time stay and I am very pleased with my overall experience. My room had a good view toward the west, was comfortable and roomy, and had a nice bed. The bathroom sink is a style I would not choose for myself, but certainly no deal-breaker. The location was key for me. I had access to many CTA train lines as well as good proximity to many downtown sites.

fantastic location, right next door to the Chicago Theater. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The concierge gave us perfect walking directions to dinner. Extremely clean, the faint bird sounds in the hallway was a pleasantly comforting touch. our room was quiet and comfortable. Check in was fast. I received a text from the front desk shortly after entering my room, asking if I had any issues with my room. absolutely fantastic customer service. check out was even faster. My only complaint would be the cost of the hotel's valet parking, although convenient
