    My package includes breakfast. But I did not take the breakfast from 26-29 Nov 2019 except on Wed 23.11.2019 with a guest which I have to pay. The floor in the room are very dusty all the time The hotel allowed more guests in the rooms so they slept on the floor with their room doors opened.

    I've stayed in plenty of Accor hotels including IBIS and this is the worst ever experience. Starting from the initial check-in on the 23rd of Dec, my dad was chided by the front desk lady simply for taking a piece of paper to write the hotels' name. We let it go because we didn't want to spoil our mood for the holidays. The final straw came during the check out. Being a large group, we had 4 rooms to check out. All the room cards were placed on her table as I recited the numbers of the room to the check out staff. She was not just extremely impatient & started asking her colleagues to check the rooms by the 2nd number I provided. Checking's fair enough but as I recited the other room numbers again she was extremely agitated and showed her displeasure directly on her face. Nevermind that I placed 8 cards in front of her from the start signaling that I have 4 rooms. What came next was shocking. As transport came, my excited 5 year old, mentioned the bus is here, twice as the family proceed to board the transport. She chided me publicly for my child's excitement & asked me to keep the child quiet as the hotel lobby is a public place. Nevermind that my child is firstly, purely excited and not making a nuisance of himself, and secondly, is already making his way to the transport. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. We will never stay in IBIS again and where possible, we will avoid all Accor group hotels if this is the service standard that we get.

    Decent hotel and good price point. Very clean rooms and it is a new hotel. However there are few facilities i.e no pool or fitness. There is no room service . you can order food by phone and then have to pick it up yourself.

    Location too near mamas plaza and too many hookers on Sukhumvit Soi 4. Water pressure not too strong for shower. Three in one shampoo conditioner shower gel does not work well. Tour desk lady not pleasant and not willing to help provide information and direction. Shuttle to BTS was helpful.
