The room and bathroom was clean but it was unbearably hot. The bed blocked the air conditioning vent and couldn't cool the room.

Clean and neat (near spotless) public areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was easy to get to and is located close to museums and trails we were wanting to visit. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Only one minor negative comment. The room was not as clean as the public areas. Not at all bad, just surprising considering how clean the public areas were. This is a good place to stay if visiting the Wright-Pat area.

Overall it was clean. Room was a bit beat up. Obviously due to Covid-19, pool was closed, no free breakfast. They had a grab bag that consisted of a bottled water, a fruit cup and a granola bar with nuts (not so good for people with nut allergies). Bathroom was rough. Shower curtain rod was at an angle and kept our shower curtain from closing completely. Needed 2 hands to turn the faucet on. No cups in the room? Beds were rock hard. We stayed here before and it was much better then.

We stayed in room 428. First off the shower had mildew at bottom of shower curtian. When turning the water on you can tell that the pipes was loose in the wall.. Black hair. When turning on shower a black hair came out of the drain and i washed it go back down. I figured it went down and stayed down but the next morni g the hair showed up again and my girlfriend even asked me about it ( her being a redhead and im grey and bald.

Traveling during COVID is stressful so when we arrived and were greeted with a warm welcome it made things much easier. All of our needs were met and they even gave us a room away from others because we were traveling with a fussy teething 8 month old. Overall, we had no complaints and were extremely happy with our stay. This is my husband and I's 2nd stay here and we were not disappointed. Thank you again!

The 1st room we were in one of the beds clearly wasn't changed. There was a stain on the pillow, then when my kids got in it that night at 10:30 the bed had a red stain and crumbs in it. We had to move rooms with 2 young kids at 10:30. The 2nd night we got off the elevator and the hall was filled with the smell of marijuana. We were supposed to stay a 3rd night but instead drove overnight to get to our home so we didn't have to stay again.
