The location is incredible. Very convenient and walkable. But it has to be clear that it isn’t a hotel, properly. You have services only every 3 days, so you have to ask for everything at the “front desk”. The building itself is great, historical, but the maintenance of the room is not so well done. It’s not cheap, but for the location I think it’s a good choice. But, have I mind that it’s a flat , not a hotel.

The hotel has a great location on Gran Via, central and close to great restaurants and shopping as well as public transportation. We liked the contemporary rooms as well, although the rooms show aging (loose fixtures etc.). But they are clean and staff is nice. Would come back.

This property was perfectly located for our first trip to Madrid - central to lots of sightseeing locations, and near the metro for when we needed to go further afield. Two things that could be improved: it wasn’t clear that daily maid service was an additional charge (this wasn’t a huge problem, we were just confused,) and my son said that the fold-out mattress on the couch bed wasn’t very comfortable.
