Great hotel beach and dronks
We love the hotel , the beach and the drinks .. they served wines which is not normally seen .. the staff could b a little slow .. but it’s Cuban .. food was ok .. just like all inclusive .. u get tired after a while . One thing I don’t like is to eat at few restaurants .. u don’t always get reservation and the Japanese restaurant was awe full

Is not all inclusive, there is a big grey area that’s not explained until you get to check in. Most restaurants are always full and you need to stay more than 3 nights in order to get a reservation at one of the restaurants if not you have to eat at the buffet every day. The beach is also limited, it has a spot that you can’t access unless you stay in one of the suites.

This property is not what is expected, my expectations were very high although coming from Cuba expectations should always be low, but being a new hotel recently remodeled in 2019 I thought it would be different. But the experience was horrible. The Cuban has no idea what is good treatment or customer service. The food in the buffet and specialty restaurants were a total disappointment. Bad quality, poor variety, bad presentation. I felt like being scammed. I do not understand the tourism that goes to Cuba because I sincerely will never return to this place. The only comment in favor would be the beach that is actually and very beautiful but Cuba does not have the infrastructure to do good tourism and do not strive for the client to leave satisfied.
