I checked out early on a previous visit. Due to the great impression the hotel and staff made on my prior visit I, I returned earlier this week to be greeted by the most embarrassing and worrying event of my life. The lady who checked me in started off lovely, then when I gave my name in, she suddenly turned highly unprofessional and hostile. She left the desk for at least 10 minutes, leaving me there unattended. To return she said I had VANDALISED the room on my last visit and ripped the tv off the wall. I asked her to investigate which she did and confirmed that the room had been sold again that night to someone else. I had a rotten night, maybe got 2 hours worth of sleep. Next morning I got an apology that the night porter did not enter the other persons details properly so the staff assumed I was the guilty party. I emailed a complaint to receive an apology and confirmation that I was innocent, however I was scared of moving from the room, scared of sleeping, taking a shower etc.... to be treated as such is despicable especially in the hospitality trade and especially in such a friendly area as Liverpool.

Everything was good just one concern top of the window was a ladybugs nest or just 50 or more off them inside the room didn't cause any problems to me but needs to be cleaned out

The hotel was clean staff were lovely there was a party that night which went on till early hours including shouting outside our door. Only one st of towels breakfast was good

We booked to stay at the hall walk in Liverpool for a weekend away to see friends. On arriving we were told that there was a wedding taking place, and will be finishing at 12:30 PM. Which is fine but the wedding get up until 3 AM in the morning kept running up and down our corridor and knocking all the balls on Our floor. I’ve called Reception and spoke to the concierge who said he wasn’t willing to do anything about it and was very rude.We then got up the next morning to find the toilet was not working and the shower was also not working properly. Overall We had a not so great stay at this hotel and the customer service we received was less then desirable
