Very good hotel, close to the castles
Positively surprised from this nice hotel in the city center! Room and hotel itself are in a good condition and follow a modern concept. We missed the spa area which is supposed to be a further highlight as we were told. Breakfast offer was great! For the on-site parking it is recommended to book in advance. The garage is doible parking (a bit tricky if you are not used to it), but the staff greatly assisted with that! Shopping and dining options are close-by. I would clearly recommend the hotel.

The room was beautiful, the giant tub was most excellent, the shower was incredible, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had. We had amazing service from all of the hotel staff, and a cousin manning the desk for a company party.

Charged full price for breakfast for 16 month old
They charged us full price for the breakfast of our 15 month old toddler who didn’t eat anything and when we asked the woman checking us out about it, she acted as if there was nothing she could do about it. We were in a rush so we just paid it and left but it has been three days later and I am still fuming.
