The front desk was unfriendly. The walls were dirty and had various holes in them. They shower was so hard it hurt my body and got water everywhere. The bed was hard as a rock.
Chardonnay Lodge offers convenient lodging for in-town business and lovely courtyard gardens. The room was cozy and accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I really like the service, very amenable and helpful No complain at all, and the thing I like the most is the privacy Thank you!!!!
Small but clean and cute. Everything you need if you are not looking for frills. I was nervous before I got here because the price was so much more inexpensive, but the room was very thoughtfully done.
Excellent lodging! Very clean and friendly staff! Great location!
Sink was clogged and water was not draining properly. when change to another room the key card not working properly. No tissue boxes.
This hotel was disgusting. The comforter on the bed was as thin as a paper towel and just about as comfortable. The entire room smelled the must and mold. And to make angers worse a couple was scream fighting for hours (well past 2 am) and the walls were so paper thin I could hear every single word of their argument. I guess that is what $200 a night in Napa gets you
Was what it was. The type of place you stay at if you just need somewhere to Shower and sleep and not hangout at.
All other hotels were sold out and staying here was last resort. The motel is located in an area that seems rough for Napa compare to the downtown scene. At night we didn't feel safe walking 7 minutes down the same street to the motel and ordered an Uber. The room was very very small and cramp. The room layout was odd because the vanity and sink were outside of the bathroom and you had to walk out of the bathroom past the bed to get to the sink to wash your hands after using the toilet. I also noticed the microwave and mini-fridge could not be plugged in at the same time due to the type of electric plug not fitting properly at the same time. The motel was stingy with their toiletries, thank goodness I brought my own.The room did appeared tidy with hard word floors and decent shower water pressure. We were only there for one night and spent most of our time away. For $200+ dollars, I won't stay here again and don't recommend others to. My phone call experience with the front desk prior to arriving was also disappointing. I had called with a question and the woman I spoke with seem high strung and short in response. Shortly after greeting, she put me to hold, but I could hear her ruffle through papers and doing something then talking to what i assume to be a customer. I felt her phone manners can be more professional and improve...at least mute the phone.
The gentleman at reception desk was very nice and informative. For the price tho, we were a bit surprised. I guess it’s all about location, and Napa,Ca. has prices way up. This is considered a “ boutique hotel”, I travel for work every week, I would hardly consider it that. I don’t think I’d stay here again as I have come to expect better.
