Nice hotel. Clean and safe. Excelent breakfast. Good location.

We had a sleep 6 with only one toilet. It was housed in such a small space you could have a wash in the sink whilst sitting on the toilet. It lacked toilet roll holder and a hock to hang the hand towel. There was a small room which could have been converted to house another toilet. The apartment was spacious, warm and clean. Lots of wardrobe space. The breakfast and selection of food on offer was superb as was the lovely touch of the fridge being well stocks with refreshments and the 24 hr availability of cakes, biscuits, fruit and chocolates. Reception was very helpful. Overal a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend the larger apartments but not the studios unless you are small.

I stayed for three nights on my own as a businesswoman working near the EU buildings. It's situated on the edge of Schaerbeek so quite a way from the centre. I was in the main building (#3) What I liked about this property: Room was very clean and spacious, there were lounge areas with balconies overlooking the gardens, breakfast buffet was included and there was a good choice of basics, staff were friendly and helpful. Easy 20 min walk to the European Quarter plus regular buses. Close to nice restaurants near Berlaymont. 15 min walk to the best Irish pub in Brussels (James Joyce). What I would improve about this property: It's basically a block of flats and not a hotel (not what I was expecting) so perhaps make that clearer in the description. Check-in was a bit informal (given the keypad code to my room on a post-it note), I was at top of building and it didn't feel like there were other people around which was a bit of a safety concern, there was no tea-making facilities in my room and I had to go down 4 floors to get to the kitchen. What really needs improving: no lock on the inside of the door. Therefore anyone with the keypad code could have opened the door in the middle of the night. This definitely needs fixing for the single-person rooms. Overall my personal opinion is: clean, handy for EU working, would recommend for couples and groups but not for women travelling on their own until the lock issue is resolved.

The front desk person was really nice. There was an open kitchen with drinks and snacks. Good breakfast.

Great place

Fabulous apartment and great location with good public transport links - easy to get downtown and to the airport. Man on reception was super helpful. I will definitely stay here again - it absolutely exceeded my expectations.

We arrived early on the day and was offered an upgrade on our room from 2 separate rooms to one large family apartment free of charge. They even allowed us to have free breakfast on the day of arrival as well! The apartment was amazing, large, clean and had everything in it which you could have wanted and more. The host was extremely friendly and helpful from helping us with the accommodation to navigating the city and its hotspots. For some larger cars the garage could be a bit tight however for us it was perfect. We would 100% recommend this gem. It isn't too far from the city center and close to the EU commission/parliament and the Parc du cinquantenaire. The breakfast was good as well it did its job and had a wide variety available. Amazing place 10/10

The property is a unique concept with a very pleasing environment. It’s not your typical hotel but has all the services you may expect from one. Very friendly and helpful staff who made every possible effort to accommodate the guests. Good food and many choices for breakfast and the 24 hrs access to the kitchen with fresh fruits and drinks. The property is located in a very dense residential neighborhood across the park and not far from the airport which makes it noisy at the time otherwise the building was always very quiet. I must agree with other reviews that the parking garage ramp is a challenge to use and there are no street parking.
