the hotel itself is nice and the stuff are friendly. Location is also great but my problem with this hotel is regarding my reservation. couldn't make the trip due to covid-19 and they declined getting me a voucher or refund so my money is gone. that's not honest!

Superb Hotel.
The Hotel Amani more than exceeded my expectations. From the welcome at reception, to the superb room, with every amenity you could wish for. I was booked in for 2 nights, but unfortunately, I had to leave after one night in order to leave Morocco before all the flights stopped operating, due to the Coronavirus problem. However, one day I will return to Marrakech, and will definitely stay in the Amani.

The hotel was clean with a decent breakfast. Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly, and we did not exchange any money at the hotel as it was a poor rate.

Very Homey Hotel with Great Restaurant
We chose this hotel because it is close to the train station but it offered much more than convenience. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The firmness of the bed in our room was not what we prefer which is why I marked it down slightly for comfort but that is not a failing of the hotel but a personal preference on our part. The restaurant was a good place to relax after a long day of sightseeing and the food was reasonably priced and tasty. The restaurant has two levels, one on the terrace and one at ground level. We highly recommend the hotel as a quiet, homey place to stay in Marrakesh.

Staff were excellent, and the rooms were very nice with good WiFi. Only issue with room was the beds were like lying on concrete. Food was amazing, we had pizzas, pasta, and sandwiches. Only negative here was breakfast, nothing was labelled, so had no idea what was in each dish/bowl. Not good for people who don't want any meat products in their food
