Lovely hotel. Very clean and maintained. Breakfast, payment and continental. Hotel close to metro and train station. Hotel has bars, restaurants and Tap pas bars all in walking distance. Great hotel for business trip or leisure.

Great location

Went to Madrid for a day on our way back home from Seville. This hostel was a pleasant surprise. Room was clean with a private bathroom and great location. Room was small but comfortable. Would definitely stay there again for it’s convenience and price but not for prolonged stays. A day or two is perfect.

Great room, but would have preferred not handicapp

Very clean, spacious, but we were in the handicapped room and it was difficult to shower with the chair in the middle of the shower, permanent fixture. There were no chairs in the room. Just bed and one small night table. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good towels. Not a lot of space for personal items in the bathroom

This hotel (combination hostel for young travelers) is in a great location, about a 10 min walk from the central station (Madrid Puerta de Atocha) and about 15 min walk to the world famous Museo Nacional del Prado (the Prado Museum). The Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (Sofia Museum) is literally across the street from the hotel. The hotel is quite wonderful, modern (renovated), and nicely appointed. It lacks some typical basic tourist amenities like in-room coffee and a safe, but otherwise features everything a traveler might need. Our room was a corner suite on the 1st floor with 270 degree views of city streets down below. Regardless of the low floor, the room was remarkably quiet due to triple-glazed windows. The cafe downstairs served breakfast for 7 euro per person, and reasonably priced eats, drinks and beer throughout the day. The location is walkable, with lots of nearby restaurants and bars.

Para el precio de una noche de 220 euros la comodidad no se corresponde, es más un concepto hostel pero con habitaciones individuales que un hotel. Cama grande, baño bien pero no hay televisión ni mesillas ni luz ni enchufes en el cabecero… duermes con una litera encima… en fin es otro concepto pero para mi gusto no se corresponde con lo que yo pediría por ese precio.

Excelente lugar!!!

Excelente lugar, el edificio hermoso, en excelente zona para conocer caminando lo más simbólico de Madrid…buen desayuno, comodidad, limpieza, la actitud de los chicos de recepción genial…cuenta con dos áreas de esparcimientos super lindas, un gran lugar, si regreso a Madrid definitivamente regresaré a Latroupe

Lugar muy bien ubicado, con restaurante en donde ofrece un bufet que no vale la pena pagarlo, mejor pedir aparte, tuve un problema con mi teléfono celular que se fue entre el mueble de las literas el muchacho de mantenimiento muy amable, pero llegó al cuarto otra persona del lugar muy antipático diciendo que no se podía sacar el teléfono, le di una solución y solo contesto, no se puede, pero el joven de mantenimiento junto conmigo pudimos sacar el teléfono donde salió el celular y mucha basura q se va entre el mueble, el cual ni limpiaron y este Sr solo nos veia en vez de ayudar. El hotel en general bien, solo ese pequeño incidente y el empleado ya mencionado muy antipático.
