We loved it and were able to get into the room early, which was wonderful, but it sucked that we could NOT take the stairs up. VERY bad for our health and timing - we had to wait a long time for the elevator sometime with no stairs as an option.

Great Location, clean Hotel
Best thing about this hotel is the location! Right off Times Square, can walk to just about anything, close to public transportation and any kind of food and shopping is just outside your door! Room was small, but knew that going in. Was fine for a place to sleep. Didn't go to NYC to spend all day in hotel. Bed was not the most comfortable, but I've slept in worse. For the price and location, it was easy to forgive that. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My room temperature was too hot for me, and was not able to get it cooled off. Had engineering check it our, but said was working properly. I didn't agree. There is no ice machine, or ice available to guests. That was disappointing and very inconvenient!
