Good place
Good location. Nice hotel-hotel. The breakfast isnt worth the money in my opinion. But otherwise, nice place.

Very good 8.0
It was my second stay in this hotel. As with my first time, the ease of getting there and the proximity of many forms of public transport to and from the hotel, from the airport, and the proximity of the city centre were great. My only point of annoyance was the shower, as the pressure was very low and the small shelf in the shower therefore caught most of the water coming out of the shower head.

Good 6.0
The hotel itself was quite good convenient to transport staff were helpful and friendly. The room bed was comfortable but very small for a double great for one. The bathroom was so tiny you could hardly shut the door when using the toilet. The bathroom had a dreadful smell and the noise when you turned on the taps was dreadful

the reception was very rude, in the description it said it spoke several languages but only was spoken in english, was not explained anything about the room or about breakfast or bar was just handed me the room key and if you want to tell me which one floor was. And every time I asked for information I was received in a bad mood just for not speaking the local language.

Bad neighbourhood , bad room, bad everything
This hotel is more like a hostel then a hotel. Don’t be fool by the nice lobby. We stayed at the standard room At first, but once we enter the place we were totally regretting of booking this place. The room looks the one Harry Potter’s awful room. The next day we ask to change room, and we paid extra 10euro per night to stay at the premium room. The room is nicer but no amenities at all. Not kettle and no hair dryer. The serivce and attitude of the staff was not good. Bad and noisy neighbourhood. If We knew all of these we wouldn’t have stayed.

Great Stay!
This hotel was great. My sister and I were traveling and we were on a budget and didn’t want to splurge on a room we wouldn’t be spending too much time in but we also didn’t want a hostel. This was perfect. We were in Brussels as a stop over on our way to Paris and we truly enjoyed our time. We didn’t know what to do or where we should head first and the girl at the front desk was THE BEST! She was loads of information and gave us areas to walk showed us on the map and also areas to eat! She made the stay even better! It is in a quiet neighborhood but we still walked a lot of places in less than 30 minutes and it was nice to see the city’s daily life in the neighborhood. The hotel is a cool hangout spot and everytime we got back from a night of wandering there were people hanging in the chic lounge areas of the hotel! I would recommend it to anyone!
