    A beautiful boutique hotel. I’ve previously stayed at the sister Ambassador hotel, but this was my first stay at the Opera. Very friendly, effective & accommodating staff. I arrived extremely early at 09:00. I was provided with coffee and the staff arranged for my room to ready for me by around 10:30. Room was very nice & I would certainly recommend staying here.

    Last year we stayed in the same room and enjoyed a lot. But this time, it was not the same. There was no free coffee service at the lobby even a welcome drink. The biggest problem was the rude behaviour and the way of communication. We did not like the new way. We dont think of staying again.

    Last year we also stayed at or powder and there was a promotion that affected us very much which was that they offered free coffee for Dere visitors we came this year and choose opera only for this reason otherwise it was an expensive hotel but this year we were shocked that they even did not offer a welcome drink the new design of reception was very bad

    Best shower in Europe. A neat, comfortable & well maintained room. However we found the reception/bar very disconcerting as we were not able to get normal reception/concierge services while competing with drink/coffee-making. Hotel some distance from the centre of town, but near Zurich-See.
