This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our trip, but unfortunately, it was also the worst. The place felt really old and in desperate need of updates. The walls seemed to have no insulation—you could hear everything from the hallway and the neighboring rooms. Definitely not worth the price.

Parking: VORSICHT: Auf der offiziellen Homepage wird mit «Free Parking» geworben. Das entspricht nur teilweise der Wahrheit. Bucht man das Zimmer über einen anderen Anbieter, kostet der Parkplatz 12.50 Euro pro Tag!!! Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Parkhaus ist allerdings sehr eng. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind relativ gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Mobiliar ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In der Appartmentküche hat es nur wenige Kochutensilien. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sowie die leistungsstarken Herdplatten mit dem guten Dampfabzug. Der Balkon ist zum Essen ungeeignet, da es dort nur einen Mini-Tisch gibt. Lautstärke: Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Im 3. Stock hörte ich morgens täglich, wie ab 7.45 Uhr im Frühstücksraum die Stühle hin und her geschoben wurden. Abends nochmals dasselbe: zwischen 22.00 und 23.30 Uhr werden die Stühle im Essraum hin- und her geschoben, wahrscheinlich um den Raum für das Frühstück vorzubereiten. Frühstück: Der Frühstücksraum ist riesig und erinnert von der Grösse her an eine Turnhalle. Entsprechend hoch ist der Geräuschpegel, besonders am Wochenende. Wegen des grossen Andrangs und der Lautstärke haben wir sonntags teilweise auf das Frühstück verzichtet. Wlan: Eher schwach, auf dem Balkon kein Empfang. Pool: Haben wir nicht benutzt, weil die Musik dort oft sehr laut war. Personal: Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption sowie das Reinigungspersonal waren freundlich.

L'appartement est assez grand par contre mobilier très rustique et surtout au niveau de la cuisine peu d'équipements: un frigo et une plaque. Pas de micro ondes, pas de four et la vaisselle est tres réduites. Ben non plus de machines à café ni de bouilloire. Les climatisations sont dans un états vraiment lamentables, les filtres pas nettoyés, j'ai préféré ne même pas la faire fonctionner. Pour terminer heureusement que la nuit a été calme avec les voisins, sinon, très mauvaises insonorisations

Personnel d'accueil sympathique, les chambres étaient disponibles avant 14h et nous avons pu nous y installer dès 12h. Attention, les photos sont trompeuses. Les chambres sont très vétustes. Aménagement, mobilier et décoration des années 90. Le pire c'est vraiment la cuisine et le frigo. Alors ok c'était le weekend du 1er Mai, mais a ce prix nous nous attendions a moins pire. Et niveau propreté... Ne faites rien tomber sous le lit.
