This was my fourth stay at the delightful Pelican Hotel in Mykonos Town. Chryssoula and her staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful, as always, and my stay at the hotel felt as safe as it could do, given this year's extremely challenging circumstances. The whole place was kept immaculately clean, which this year I appreciated more than ever. I chose quite simple breakfast options, but fellow guests went for a full cooked breakfast, and they had quite a lot of things to choose from. The weather was great during my stay, and the sea view across town from many rooms, including mine, is one of the things that lures me back to the island again and again. There is no pool at this hotel, but as a committed beach addict I never feel the need for one. As always, if you have any kind of walking difficulties, you need to know that the hotel is quite high up a rather steep hill, which I am sure got steeper during my stay there. Chryssoula has promised to try to get it flattened in time for my next stay! Fingers crossed that international travel is less challenging for everyone in 2021...
Nice, clean, friendly staff, view of chora town fron the balcony of the room. I little bit up the hill but worth it.
Great clean family run hotel - up a steep hill but worth it for the view
Very good customer service, great view, well kept room, great location and price for Mykonos
spacious and clean rooms, great customer service, delicious breakfast and free parking space.
Amazing view, large room with nice large shower for Europe, nice balcony, breakfast is included traditional and abundant, take their transportation for 10 euros , it’s a good deal . It’s approximating 500 feet 150 meters from downtown and the bus station is in your way. 1.80 euros for a bus ride to surrounding beaches every half hour . There’s a safe in the room
Amazing staff; friendly and helpful. Very clean. Organized. Amazing view. Private balcony with breathtaking view. Beach within 10 minute walk. Close to town but far enough from the noise.
Nicely located at the top of a hill. Nice view but long walk up. Well maintained facility. Unfortunately to where to lounge on a long chair. On our Greek island tour, that was our best bathroom 😉
We were supposed to stay just 3 nights here but we liked it so much we ended up staying longer. All staff are friendly and service is exceptional. The bed is comfortable and the room can be turned totally dark, a must for us when sleeping. They also provide beach towels for free. It is just some minutes walk from the Fabrika bus station (convenient if you don't have a car) and the old town. The last ca. 50m getting to the hotel is very steep, was only an issue when we were pulling our suitcase up. Other than that, everything was perfect. Try to get a room with a view as much as possible. We highly recommend it!
Great property just a ten minute walk from downtown Mykonos. It is up on a hill, so don’t drink too much or else the walk back will hurt! The staff was very polite and helpful. The transfer to and from the port was very convenient and worth the cost to avoid waiting for a taxi. The breakfast buffet was basic, but a nice break from having to find a place to eat. Would recommend this property.
