Hotel was clean but had faults
We had 2 night stay here we arrived about 11 o’clock and put our bags there then went out for the day. When we came back we got given our room in the attic, when we finally got up the stairs with a suitcase bags and our 6 year old daughter to our room the room was nice and clean but felt sickly was so high up, there wasn’t many towels in the room. On our first night sleeping the guest below had the tv blaring until 1 am in the morning I had to go downstairs in my pjs and knock on the guests door and argue with them to turn the tv down. Breakfast the next morning was a bit of a nightmare there wasn’t enough space for the amount of guests at the hotel so there was a wait to be seated a wait to get to the food. We spoke to the receptionist about moving rooms they couldn’t move us. We went out for the day came back and when we tried to get up the stairs our daughter slipped on the stairs then in the middle of the night someone downstairs started cooking and set the fire alarms off in the hotel. I had no sleep the 2 nights that we stayed. We came for a nice little break as my husband had a second stroke recently and I was in hospital last month. It’s such a shame as this hotel looked lovely nice furniture but just things let it down. Staff where nice and friendly.

The property was in an excellent location, had daily housekeeping and met out family’s need of 5 people. It was small (very small!) and had no air conditioning - which would have been welcomed as it was very hot when we visited. Overall, had a really nice stay :)
