I will say the elevator situation can get a bit frustrating at times if you have things to get to and plans but other than that it was a perfect experience!!! My view of the Empire State Building and entire city for sunrise and sunset were unmatched!!

Our stay at the Virgin was fabulous! They gave us an amazing room and view. Check in was easy and less than 4min. Assisting with arrival luggage was delayed but service recouped the struggle. My only disappointment was I had notified the hotel prior to our arrival we were celebrating our anniversary and nothing special was done or given. Not a bottle of wine or swans made on the bed Bar was great and service was top tier. NYC is expensive naturally and manhattan even more but I think I got what I paid for
