Disappointing
Very disappointed, there was building work taking place that we were not informed about, thus making it very hard to relax because of the noise. The car park although free is tiny so we parked in the little overflow car park. Views from breakfast bar are stunning but the garden needs a lot of work, it’s very unloved and could be amazing. Food was ok but nothing that I couldn’t get anywhere else in town. We were in room 15 which is up 2 flights of a very narrow and steep staircases, it was clean enough although the bathroom is very dim and not that welcoming. Staff were friendly enough. There is no walkway straight from hotel to the beach as advertised as there was a landslide so that is now closed.

A lovely place
Very friendly staff, executive room was lovely, it had a huge balcony which was pleasant to sit on first thing in the morning. Breakfast had a good selection of choices & staff were always helpful. Live entertainment each evening.

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed and quiet room. Great breakfast. Good facilities pool table, air hockey, trampoline inside and out, indoor and 2 outdoor pools so good for children. Great location 10 minutes walk to old Shanklin and 15 minutes to beach. Would visit again.
