Customer service poor. Reception staff couldn’t be bothered, especially the female staff. Room cold. Lift took so long. Good location. Beds comfortable. Rooms v small. Wardrobe door couldn’t open fully as hit the end of the bed so couldn’t store clothing!! Hot drink device! What was that?! Spurted everywhere. Dangerous as near sockets. Stay average. Wouldn’t use again or recommend. Felt staff couldn’t care less and treated as an inconvenience! Had to pay 50 dollars per person per room per night and told TEN DAYS before all that money returned!!

Don’t do it! Terrible
Hotel was terrible - freezing cold at night had to sleep in my clothes, room wasn’t serviced for half the week. Broken blind, plug to bath, taps loose. Room not clean, small and very dated. Lobby area stunk of cannabis external areas are a haven for this. Didn’t even want to go back to the hotel, and this has put me off going back to NYC for an extended time.

The sink/vanity was in a weird position and really small, so you almost needed to keep the bathroom door closed to stand right in front of it. LOL Also, tiny closet.
