Loved the room we had - the reception helped us to arrange for a room that was further away from the level that was undergoing construction so that was pretty good. The room was nice and clean, well-decorated in a modern and luxurious manner and spacious as well. Good value for money! The staff and reception were very welcoming and professional too. Location was good as well. Had a great stay at this place. My only gripe is with the room service I experienced. When we wanted to order dinner from room service, both of the 2 dishes we wanted were not available. This included a simple and basic burger which I would expect all hotels to have. So we did not order anything and asked to have our drink later. About an hour later when I wanted to call room service to get the drink, they did not answer. I called them about 5 times and they only returned my call about half an hour later. I suppose if you want room service you can consider calling ahead of time to ensure that they have what you want.

There are better hotels out there
The wifi is the worst! Aside from the fact that its very very slow, U need to reconnect everytime u use ur phone. The aircon remote is spoiled. The gym and pools has specific time only and it opens late and closes early so that means u need to adjust ur time to their time. There are better hotels there that have better value for ur money.

Cebu Airport COVID approved hotel
I decided to stay here because it was on the Cebu airport approved list of hotels for COVID testing quarantine. I’m glad that I chose this hotel because it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice especially during these trying times. The room was also spacious.

Don't even think of going there
I had to check out within one hour of check-in. They didn't honor their website check-in rules when we tried to get in. We had spent over 5000 pesos for travel to get to cebu and because of the hotel's changing its policies we lost the room and our stay and the 5000 pesos and you now have to refund the hotel part. Terrible treatment and we paid the price several times over...
