Great place in a terrible airport
We booked this hotel to stay close to the airport. The problem is the airport just has one exit (yes, you can't leave from another place, it is all blocked) and it is 3,5km from the hotel, instead of 400m. We walked it 3x. We took a transfer in the another day, but it delayed 15min to arrive in the scheduled hour. Apart from that, the hotel is a great place to stay.

False expectation of breakfast, and shuttle to and from airport. We weren’t informed of anything they charged us for and the website is not updated. We will stay at ibis next time

We could not sleep because of noises outside. And during booking, we saw shuttle was included. But after that, we had to pay for shuttle.

So many issues
Hotel is ok. Not walking distance to airport because pedestrian access to airport is limited. They charge 5 Eur for one way taxi that collects passengers from other hotels. Restaurant was supposed to be open till 11pm but it was closed by 10.30pm. WiFi does work. There was no hot water. No one warned me in advance. Reception just shrugged and said sorry. They could have comped breakfast but didn't even try a gesture of goodwill

Nice hotel, bad area, no AC
It was a brief stay. Room was very clean and service was very friendly and helpful, but there was no climate control in the room. Leaving the window open felt dangerous in that area, so it was hot.

It was ok because I missed my flight I had to booked something closed to airport ; but the room was smelling bad and it doesn’t have air conditioner so I had a quite uncomfortable night.
