The worst hotel room ever seen
The room looks like a prison cell, black floor carpet, black walls, no TV, no a single decoration detail, nothing! Just a bed (not even king as It read in my reservation) and a chair. We arrived late at night and not choice but stay, checking out the following morning. I am Still waiting a follow up from hotes.com about my refund for the 2 remaining nights. The reservation page showed tv and light colors. Nothing like the reality

Copenhagen stay
Hotel is very nicely and elegantly decorated. Our room was supposed to be a superior double but didn’t feel like one. It was nicely decorated and looked like the photo online but the bed and pillows were not very comfortable and there was no hairdryer or lamp, so we could only have the big light on. Corridors were quite noisy too at night time. Rituals toiletries in the bathroom were nice.
