Beware parking is not free.
Hotel.com give wrong information, when I use free parking to search, this hotel pop up on my list end up they charge almost $8 for parking, I am very unhappy because the night before I stay right next door courtyard hotel the parking is free and much better room and service. If I knew the parking is not free I will not stay at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! My room had two beds and a couch, which was nice as we had three women share this room. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the charge of $7 a day for breakfast, when their website says it's a free Continental breakfast. We ate out instead, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Hotel room itself was great. Airport shuttle was messed up. We landed at Dulles around 7:30 pm, called the hotel only to be told it wasn’t running (even though an e-mail they sent us had the posted hours). They advised us to take a cab and they would reimburse us. They did. It was roughly $18. The next morning we needed the shuttle; it did run but at strange hours 7 am, 7:45 am, and then 10 am. Breakfast was $7/person and didn’t look worth it.
