Value for money stay!
We stayed at the Chisun Grand Nagano for 4 nights- triple room share. Although it was a squeeze for three pax, the hotel made up in terms of cleanliness, provision of amenities, and friendly, helpful staff. There is a self service amenities bar at the lobby which we made use of. The hotel also loans items like umbrella, cutlery, iron etc. The room was clean with no funny smell. Location was also great, five minute walk from Nagano station.

Comfortable stay. Requested 2 rooms for the family which the hotel was able to accede to. The hotel provided self-serve drink in the lobby which was very good to have considering the cold weather outside. Breakfast spread and quality was good. Front desk was friendly and efficient.
