Closed hotel still charging rates
Worst experience in years. Looks nothing like the pix (tho it may have when it was a Holiday Inn). Came in to a deserted, dark lobby with all chairs in cafe flipped upside down as when a place is out of business. Dust everywhere. I was only one in entire hotel. Halls dark, rooms dirty, cold and scary. A couple patrons later filtered in who looked dicey. Left the first night of 3 without staying as it began to feel dangerous even. A couple w/ kids checked in as I checked out. No restaurant and a depressing scene- but hotel charged FULL rates. No amenities. No way. Even a crummy hostel would have been better. Do not stay here!

This was a gold hotel, no upgrade or late check out offered. Paid extra for the deluxe king room, nothing deluxe about it, regular room & amenities. Hotels.com needs stop promoting the Gold vip

Al llegar nos recibieron bien. Pero el joven que estaba en recepción no tenía su cubrebocas puesto adecuadamente. Nuestra habitación olía a cloro, pero atrás de la cam habían bichitos, nos cambiaron de habitación. La alberca dice ser climatizada, pedo el agua estaba helada. En general, todo el personal fue amable, pero no todos portaban su cubrebocas, y si lo portaban estaba mal puesto.

Las cerraduras no funcionan, los cuartos tienen cucarachas, el aire acondicionado es deficiente, las políticas de cancelación engañosa, después de bañarme descubrí que no tenia toallas, el agua de cortesía abierta, en general muy mala experiencia

The view,... was the only good thing. We checked in and ordered 2 burgers and a quesadilla. It took OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to get your food. Ibhad to go down and get ir. By thisvthime the quesadillas were xold and somehow the burgera weee raw in the middle. Undercooked. I cancelled my 2nd night stay. They stated they would refund my money and NEVER DID. I jumped through hoops and they lie and lie. DO NOT stay here,... Its just a party hotel. NOT FOR FAMILIES.
