All good except service and Quálitas of drinks, especially in the Pool area

rather not say, because if I say anything it would be disappointing

Es un gran hotel, muy bonito y tranquilo, siento que tenen áreas de oportunidad en cuanto a limpieza y accesorios de las habitaciones. el servicio de lobby, valet parking y albercas todo muy bien

Super bien el hotel, siguiendo las reglas de sanitizaciòn, muy buen servicio, claro que regresaría.

We didn't like the food options. They had so many restaurants, but only 2 or 1 would be open in the hotel.

Perfect escape for a romantic weekend. The property has so much to offer & the staff makes getting out on adventures or tours easy.

Had a wonderful time. The staff and amenities for fantastic. Great spa, a better than expected gym, multiple pools with a private adult only option.

Your concierge Luz , made our stay excellent otherwise it will be very bad. Our room although they clean but the regular supplies are always missing somethings like face towels, water, bath supplies. Don’t they thought we go out to the beach 🏖 to relax when came back to take shower supplies gone. They should be trained to check supplies regularly. So the next day we brought our own supplies . Room Coffee & condiments is to be charge??? My first time to hear that it’s always free from all the hotels I’ve stayed on 😔😔😔. It’s not the cost it’s the system. Very poor it maybe the management didn’t check or care??? Because of Luz, she made our stay well and good. I will still be recommending your hotel but should call before booking or maybe Expedia we booked mundo imperial thru them. Still I want to thank other staff like the bell boys swimming pool area guys everyone . Take care
