Stayed 2 nights - Great location and nice hotel - Lobby pretty small and hotel was crowded so I could barely walk, long time waiting for elevators - Great comfortable bed and modern room but kinda small, my room faced the street so it was noisy - Worse part of the hotel was definitely the restaurant, they had like 8 tables and 1 server for all of them and no hostess so I had free breakfast for 2 days but couldn’t use them because the was no one to help.

We love the Andaz and Devon at the front desk! This is our second year staying there over Christmas. We are locals and stay here for a family staycation. I love the configuration of the suite with a kitchenette, balcony and a separate living room and bedroom. We bring our own Christmas tree and the suite is large enough to set it up and still have enough room to move around. We put our older daughters in a suite facing Ellis Sq and the view from the balcony is wonderful! The only downside to this hotel is that they struggle with housekeeping. I hate to find fault, but it is a repeat problem. I brought Clorox wipes and gave everything a good wipe down upon arrival. It is little things like when you pull out the trash can in the kitchen and find garbage behind the cans - you know someone was not thorough. The drains in the bathroom barely drained at all and for a room that was $314 per night it would be nice to have a hairdryer that wasn’t a cheap little con air brand and some toiletries that were a bit more luxurious. The kitchenette also had mismatch of cutlery and dishes. We had 3 forks and 6 knives. No coffee cups, but our daughters room had one coffee cup and 8 spoons! All that being said, we will be back to this awesome location and the wonderful hospitality of Devon! Please note we did not inform the hotel of our issues while we were there because we experienced the same thing last visit and it was just a minor blip for us. Everyone is so kind and welcoming!

Clean and neat. Great location. Staff was friendly just failed to go above and beyond. Just passable service. Had to ask for everything... Room cleaning (scheduled a day ahead of time), ice bucket, missing bath mat, etc. The suite was nice for my family of three.

A very lovely modern hotel with friendly staff. Location can’t be better. Due to covid restrictions no dinner service, however breakfast is served. Will definitely be back when time allows.

Our room was not ready for check when we arrived at 4:00 pm. We had to wait until about 4:30 to be checked into another room since they did not know when our room would be ready. We had booked a double queen and they placed us in a room with a king and sleeper sofa (we are a party of 4). In addition, the hotel room did not feel clean AT ALL. I’ve stayed at several ANDAZ properties and this was by far the least pleasing. There was hair in the shower stall, lack of Kleenex tissues, makeup on the pillows (see pictures) and the overall feel of the room was not up to par to COVID-19 standards. Location was great but lack of service and cleanliness makes this a BIG NO.

Everything was fine aside from them not having a room ready for me at check-in. I wasn't able to check in until 5, and check in time is at 4. I was a little disappointed the front desk didn't' offer any free drinks at the bar while I was waiting or something similar. She thought it was acceptable to check me in an hour late I guess. Oh well, nice hotel besides that!
