The hotel was very basic and there was no room service (housekeeping) available unless requested 24 hours ahead. The bathtub filled up with water when running the shower and appeared to be dirty and took a while to drain. The breakfast was very good but should be included in your stay for the price of the rooms.

States had HBO channels for viewing, NOT!!!! Went to desk to inquire and response "I guess not". What happened to policy to make things right? Desk clerk seemed clueless and unapologetic. Sorely disappointed as at that point, bummer away from home.

Seriously I believe some establishments if you don’t go through them you get rooms furthest away (and I’m disabled), rooms that need repaired or the smallest room they have. Last 3 trips has been last room on floor, no handicap rooms. And they may have wi-fi but no wi-fi ports.

We were greeted w/ smiles and fresh oatmeal cookies as we checked in. They seem to really care about details and I appreciate that when I’m spending my money somewhere. The room was clean, everything up to date. I didn’t like the green carpet just didn’t fit w/ the room. I thought the bed was nice a little too soft for my back. I’ll be back again. I wish I got the name of the guys at the front desk they were so cool and professional
