Avoid this place
The place has an overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke and body odor. Bugs in the room, possible rodent droppings on the stairs. The location is not in a good area, and the taxi driver was hesitant to even go there. They claim to have a free airport shuttle, but it seems to never be available. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Spain. I hope I didn't bring any of the bugs with me when I left.

I didnt even stay here and they double booked me on the app for the wrong date. They refused to give me a refund on the wrong date although it had said unavailable at first and then switched me to the next day. The manager refused to give me a refund as i tried to explain. They did not speak english at the desk. Just scammers who dont care about custimer service.

Truly zen-like
There for just one night before early morning flight. Very clean. Simple (think Zen) but everything as needed. Quiet considering two bars and pool. Reasonable breakfast. You need accurate GPS to find it. On the dot shuttle service for airport or beach. Be aware - no phone in room.

Do not let you family come here.
We had an extremely terrible experience here. On late night check in we were allocated the incorrect room we booked. The room we were supplied had a faulty door lock. They basically said we had to deal with it with our family inside or leave. Come the morning and had no sleep, ordered some food and come incorrect, send it back. As we were leaving we said don’t replace it. To which they demanded to pay the complete bill at their fault of 54 euros. The manager went into our room and took our stuff and insisted. Was very abusive and no professionalism at all. Little one extremely upset and a lot of stress. No proper system to complain etc. just save yourself a headache and book another hotel full stop. Hotels.com are useless to allow there customers to book at places they don’t audit for proper management structures. Good luck to anyone who stays here.
