I had an incident that occurred their and is a very serious matter ive wrote a letter and plan to explain the details to you , unfortunately i m not pleased with this stay and going to request a total refund for the unfortunate events that occurred the Hygiene was very poor but other than that not everything about the hotel was bad certain things were lovely but overall the stay was rather deceiving

Não pegou bem o wi-fi, fui chamado a atenção com rispidez por ter enchido uma garrafa de água no café da manhã que por sinal é bem fraco e sem lugar pra esquentar os pães, ainda me cobraram 1 real por uma colher descartável, fora tudo isso, ñ arrumaram o quarto no primeiro dia e quando arrumaram, ñ trocaram nem a toalha de rosto e nem o pano de chão.
