    Pet not so friendly

    There was an issue with dogs barking in the hall during the evening and again at 0530 in the morning. This led to an argument between individuals that was loud. I did not open my door or report since I was due to get up at 0600. Next time I will see where animals are located and request a room in a different area

    Very plain but clean room. Having just stayed at a different hotel a few doors down the night before (held over for a meeting and needed a second night), this is kind of a comparison. All staff were pleasant. Even the front desk lady who I ended up dragging to the far end of the 4th floor (my room was on the 1st floor) because I was too stupid to leave my card in the only functioning ice machine out of (apparently) 4. I had assumed you insert the card and pull it back out like you do with the door. My bad. Bed was comfortable. Advertised queen, but more like a double and a half (about 6" smaller). Breakfast was very good, but very regimented. It was kind of like a buffet, but was set up in specific meals. Don't dare try to mix some from one with some from another. Also, you could have bacon OR egg ("or" was written on the posted menu in bold, underlined type); scrambled OR boiled eggs as well. Also, at the end, she took my room number. Assumedly so I didn't try ro double dip. I'd hate to think about the arrest of the guy whose room number I gave if I had just walked in off the street for a free breakfast (I didn't. Honest.) All in all, a good stay. But it was a tad better down the street.
