Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. The second night of the stay the room above us was terribly rude. Kids kept running and jumping all night long and started early again next morning. Called front desk and asked them to help with the problem but it did not stop.

The front desk person was a little attitudy with me because I tried to check in and it was under my husbands name. Then once checked in I noticed we only got breakfast tickets for 2 instead of 3 like our receipt said and he was attitudy about that too. He not so happily gave us another breakfast ticket. Our bed creaked and squeaked loudly which was annoying when it woke me up every time my husband moved. The last 2 times we stayed here we had a hard time with check in because our room wasn’t ready. This was 3 strikes your out.

The motel was very nice and clean. We were able to check in early. The pool and spa were open 24 hours which was nice. They are located in a great area with lots of good shopping and restaurants.
