Never staying here again
Would never stay here again - the person checking us in wasn’t wearing a mask despite signs throughout the hotel lobby stating that you’re required to wear a mask in any common space in the hotel. Most concerning was that the bathroom in the room hadn’t been cleaned. The counter hadn’t been so much as wiped down, when I wiped it with a washcloth it came up with stains on it. And the bath mat hadn’t been washed (photo attached), it had a new stain on it that was visible as soon as it was unrolled. This wouldn’t be ok in normal times, but especially not when there are supposed to be additional cleaning precautions for Covid. If we hadn’t checked in so late at night I would have left and gone to a different hotel.

Wasn't planning on staying here for three nights, but it was such a great place and great location we did! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Savannah. You will not find a nicer staff anywhere.

The hotel is pretty and the parking is free but the bathtub did not drain properly and the shower curtain smelled like a wet rag. When we requested to get a different room they said none were available. I wouldn’t stay there again and can say it definitely did not meet my expectations.

The staff are beyond amazing. They’re so friendly and will offer advice on places to see without even asking. So kind and helpful. Also the hotel itself is gorgeous. An amazing experience I’ll be back here soon!

The hotel location was pretty good. Not to far from different activities. I wouldn’t give it a 4 star rating though. The rooms were sub par, bathrooms could definitely use some upgrades. Air conditioning unit was pretty loud in the room.
