Affordable, with multiple amenities but at a price
This is a place for people looking for an affordable option; you have common areas, and even showers and toilets are common (showers are private, but still in a separate area). They have a kitchen you can use, also shared. Rooms are small, just with the necessary (bed, drawers, and mirror). TV is also in a separate area; the concept here is to have your own bedroom with minimal furniture, and everything else is shared. They also offer breakfast at big tables, so you have to sit with other parties. They always have a person in the premises, and the doors are locked for the public; so you feel safe from the exterior but have to be comfortable sharing spaces with people.

The staff was extremly helpful . The breakfast is awesome. The staff who serves the breakfast cooks and serves the breakfast to you with much love. The rooms are very good and clean. The facilities are very good. The property is located near to a grocery shop which makes it very convinient. However, there is no AC, only fan. So, if you are visiting in summer, be prepared. Initially, we took family room, but upgraded to a suite which has attached kitched and bathroom. The suite was awesome. The family room is ok, but you have to use shared bathroom and its inconvinient for elderly people who have yo use stairs(no elevators). The family suite has windows open to a road, which is quite noisy at night. The only issue was language. They mostly speak spanish and only one staff was able to communicate in english. Anyways, we used translator so it was not a problem
