次は…ないかな。
まず、スタッフに日本人がいない。日本語が話せる方はいるけど、曖昧な返答。ベッドの布団が薄っぺらい掛け布団で不快。大浴場はあるけど、風呂にお湯が流れて入っていなかった。フロントに話したところ、曖昧な感じで「お湯の温度が一定の温度になると湯が止まる？」ようなことを言っていた。そのためか、浴場が水槽のような匂いがした。お湯が止まっていたので、大浴場に入らず体を洗うだけに留めた。お湯もおそらく温泉ではない？大浴場にタオルがなく、持って入らないとダメ。その事前の説明もなかった。タオルを持って行かなかったらどうすればいいのか？部屋自体は普通。天井の電球が三箇所切れていて、部屋が暗かったのと、足元のライトもスイッチが壊れているのか点かなかった。トイレのウォシュレットは壊れているようで「故障中」のサインが貼ってあった。ウォシュレットは使わないので構わないが、便座ヒーターも使えないので、便座が冷たくて不快だった。朝ごはんもビジネスホテル以下であった。配膳も座った順番ではなく、目についた人から配膳をしていたので、早くから着座した宿泊客から文句が出ていた。

・浴室が寒かった。 ・大浴場のお湯がぬるかった。 ・大浴場の脱衣所の入口でスリッパを脱がず、脱衣カゴのあるところまで、 スリッパを履いてくるお客様がいて不快。外国籍のお客様なので、仕方ないと思うのですが、説明を書いておくべき。 ・フロントスタッフの日本語がよくわからなかった。 ・道路からホテルまでの道がガタガタ。

The hotel is somewhat remote and not easy to find without a rental car with appropriate GPS. However, from the breakfast room you can enjoy a direct and very impressive view of Mount Fuji-san. Many years ago, the hotel was built very solid and massive and architecturally quite interesting. Today, however, it is no longer up to the usual standard. The facilities and food are geared towards the Asian group market and to that extent less suitable also because of the lack of American or Continental breakfast for most Western visitors. An example of this, we needed a knife for the butter at breakfast, we were politely told that they do not carry knives in the hotel, but we were offered coffee spoons with which we could spread the butter on the toast. The cleanliness for which Japan is so highly valued is unfortunately clearly missing here in several places. Based on what we saw, the facility probably belongs to a foreign Asian company, because we could not see Japanese employees. The little visible staff, one person spoke good English, were probably new to the industry and not necessarily familiar with the job, but all were quite friendly and helpful.The tatami room we occupied was spacious, very conveniently divided into living, sleeping and bathing areas separately and very quiet.
