Nice but basic for flying out of Madrid
A very nice, but basic hotel. Pretty much nothing in the room other than a bed and TV, not even cups! But it was clean, modern, in great condition, and pretty much tailor made for people flying out of MAD the next day. Breakfast was quick and efficient, checkout was just a keydrop, and they even have a departing flight screen in the lobby.

Zleep we did and very well
When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a polite and friendly welcome, had to enquire as to way the reception wasn't answered, following six calls made over one and hours, the staff were very apologetic, explaining the day had been very busy, complimentary drinks were given to us as a gesture. The staff couldn't have been more helpful was we were settled in to our room, the accommodation was more than adequate and the beds were very comfy too. Paid to include breakfast during the stay, just one night, went down to breakfast next morning, plenty of choice to eat and drink from a buffet presentation, there were always staff available too, for any queries or additional help, very well lit and airy placing for the seating area, no pressure to finish breakfast, the staff politely advised when the service was due to finish, if we wanted anymore to eat or drink then please feel free to have more beforehand. Checkout with simple and again the staff were very courteous and wished as well etc. One piece of advice if you decide to use the bus from the airport, be aware that you need to take a 200 to Avenida de America bus station, then a 282 to Holiday Inn Express, Avenida de Aragon, please be aware the bus drivers are a little unsure of the location, Zleep Hotel is only on the front entrance, no signage on main road, but the hotel is next to the Holiday Inn Express, however you have to go around the side of the H. I. E , to access the hotel .

Simple room
It was a very basic simple room, the room was kind of new and clean but nothing was provided, not even cups to drink water in the room, quite far from T4 Madrid airport, costing about €18 Uber to get there. We just needed a room to spend couple of hours before our flight in the next morning so didn’t really care except for the distance to the airport.
