Rude staff, bad stay
hotel location is in Macau central, hard to find, need to access by bus. When checking in, the procedures took very long, counter staffs were rekeying out details into the system as if weren't prepared at all. When reach hotel room, was attended by rude housekeeping staffs. We ask for stuff and they attended to us with super bad attitude. Booked two double bed but the bed was smaller than expected. Did not book any extra bed but was told by them that it was included in our booking and so we thought it was only a double bed so we agreed that we need that extra bed. However, we saw there was two bed in the room so we do not need the extra bed anymore, staffs took it back unwantedly as if we made them do extra work and told us no refund would be given even if we don't need it. Utilities were all given for 2 pax even though we booked a 3 person room. Overall, it was a bad stay and won't consider coming back anymore.

Nice hotel and good location
We have stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was located on the 25th floor where there were some renovation happening. This was brought to our attention prior assigning the room and we're ok with that. The room was nice and comfy. The only unpleasant thing that happened was the guests on the other room were too noisy and we're a bit worried/bothered when they're trying to open the connecting doors.. overall it was a pleasant stay.
