The Ivy Hotel is always about your comfort. Each employee you encounter is polite, interested in your experiences, and always trying to meet your needs. The staff tries to get to know you and take an interest in how to be helpful. I can think of no better place to stay.

Great Spa
The spa is excellent. It was quiet and serene. The spa choices were varied. Service was perfect. More thought should be given to elderly visitors in the spa. Restaurant service was excellent. Restaurants were relaxing and elegant. Food at the hotel was below average. My room was below average. It was very small with some sort of huge, ugly cabinet in the middle. Bathrooms were not luxurious...just average. The room appeared to be clean. I like to spend time in a room that I rent and this room was not one I felt comfortable in. The Hotel Ivy was nice but not beautiful...certainly not luxurious. It was overpriced and, except for the spa, was not worth the money.
