At the moment the Holiday Inn Express is closed because the corona Virus but Crowne Plaza next to the Holliday Inn upgrade my reservation. Crowne Plaza is excellent very nice clean friendly breakfast delicious the shuttle is free to airport I would stay there’s again at Crowne Plaza by the airport.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was extremely clean and orderly. I also liked how they gave you the option of which type of firmness of pillow you like (firm or soft).

The only loop hole was the shuttle service that took 1 1/2 for me to wait. Driver didn’t even check customers waiting in the shuttle pickup. Observed other hotel shuttle drivers came down to identify their services

Upon checking out in morning went to get Airport shuttle they had TAXI's waiting out side they refused to take us to AIRPORT saying they did not have our room on list THATS not trur upon checking in that was the first thing we did was make a shuttle reservation after about 10 minutes of us arguing the let us in a Taxi NO THANKS TO THE FRONT DESK MAN he was zero help

The lobby was welcoming as was the bar and breakfast area. Our room was great. Stylish, bright and comfortable. We loved that such a small space could be so well utilized. The front desk was very helpful when we needed help finding our way to downtown Dublin. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. BTW....breakfast was fantastic!
