I enjoyed my stay. No complaints. The extra sanitizing stations are great in the wake of the COVID pandemic.
I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and the staff showed great professionalism.
Comfortable room with a great bed and pillows. Good location for nearby dining.
It was ok checking in besides not recieving a complementary breakfast passes to eat the next morning. The waitress was not welcoming at all. Instead of being more assisting she was more rude than anything and could careless whether me and my companion had breakfast or not. The staff before when i stayed here was more welcoming than this group.
Loved IT!!! We have stayed in many hotels over the last few years due to traveling to visit Holstein and Littles.... and this Hotel was AMAZING! Beautiful!
The hotel was nice and the people accommodating and friendly, but the noise level was AWFUL. It was near the interstate, but the rooms do not appear to be sound insulated. There is an open atrium and there were people in the bar area until 1am talking and laughing VERY LOUD. It was impossible to sleep. Not a good stay.
Not the fault of anyone working there, but the building design is set up so the entire center of building is open from the 5th to 1st floor. Bar, restaurant, and seating area are in the center of this. The noise is so loud from the bar at night it will echo through every door in the entire hotel. If you like to party till 2am, this is your place. If you are trying to get some sleep, good luck.
-ideal location, right off the interstate (I-75) -safest hotel: Georgia State Troopers heavily patrolled the hotel. -staff was amicable and available at the front desk at all hours. Very accommodating in letting us check out a little later. -the beds were super comfy, I fell asleep immediately which isn’t usually the case. -television had the best cable channels. -very stylish lobby, great for lounging. Even has a “Burger Theory” restaurant indoors which was fully operational, even offering breakfast. No continental breakfast offered. As for the slightly negative: -the room was very tiny, not very much room to walk around the 2 queen beds. -the doorknob wasn’t tightly screwed which may have contributed to the card key not letting us into our room. -unsure if this is because of the coronavirus pandemic but cleaning staff only took trash out and replenished towels. No actual cleaning.
Nice facility, but room was not properly stocked with supplies - one set of towels (had to call down to have another set brought up), in-room coffee had no stirrers and no lids. Appeared that someone had stepped in the shower while the floor was wet then left shoe smudges on the bathroom floor.
I booked (2) nights stay and paid thru hotels.com and free breakfast "was included". The desk clerk Timm Yule stated it was not coded in and we were not entitled to the breakfast and told us how booking through a third party caused the issue. This was one of the amenities that play a part in my selection because I like take the stress out of travel. I was very upset that this happened because i have another night booked with this same hotel. This is not major but upsetting when you attempt to do all the upfront work to ensure your trip is solid. Also, clerk Yules lack luster attention to my concern was unacceptable. I will not book this particular hotel again. Lesson learned. COVID19 and now poorer customer service. Sad!!
