Best of several other hotels
I stayed in 5 or 6 other midrange hotels in Hermosillo over the last three years, and thsi is absolutely the best of the bunch. Tops in friendliness, cleanliness, and over all comfort. Thge bed may be a bit sturdy for some, for me it was perfect. Great towels, good amenities like soap shampoo and disinfectant gel in the room. Breakfast (included) was ok. The only negative I found was the on floor heater/airco unit which blew so forcefully when turned on that it made sitting at the desk uncomfortable. Room has a nice neutral decor and very good lighting and mobile units charger outlet. Walking distance to a Walmart and Sams shopping area with several other shops. Parking was also excellent.

You get what you pay for.
Great price but you get what you pay. It is confy but the pillows are not so confortable and the TV has very few channels. Everything else is good and great for the price. I would go back and reserve.

We had a horrible experience the first time around. We decided to give it a shot a second time to salvage the first... Not the best idea as it was just as poor. We booked the room for 3 people; however, they only gave us 2 pillows/towells + 1 blanket. When we asked for an additional pillow, the pushback we received was unnecessary. We checked out the next day and went to Holiday Inn where everything was exceptional. Including the breakfast.

Very rude staff! And suspicious activity! They used the excuse that there Were drugs in the room and that they needed to come in the room and check! Like if they were in to check and see what we had in the room because they knew that was not the case we left and came back and they had stole

I have a terrible experience with some of the personal housekeeper as very rude and disrespectful politely ask They can’t put the card in the elevator to go back to my room because when I went to breakfast I forgot my card sense she was going in the elevator very bad attitude Lalo answer to me no I can’t unclog the elevator door in my face very bad customer service talk to the person in charge And try to justify traction not going back

Very nice rooms, I was in the third floor but my parents were on the 5th where they had already remodeled and it looked amazing! Can’t wait to come again ! Always come to City Express when in Hermosillo!
